These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Melwyn Turbant (doing business as "Hi5Travel"). By signing up, you're agreeing to:

If we notice any of these issues, we'll reach out to you first to understand what's happening. In extreme cases (like fraud or system abuse), we may need to temporarily pause your account while we investigate. We just want to keep the platform safe for all travel agents.
Hi5Travel is currently in Beta. This means:
We promise: We'll never remove core functionality you depend on without at least 30 days notice and a migration path.
Founding member pricing is yours to keep as long as you stay subscribed. When we exit beta, new customers will pay more.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record). We never see or store your credit card details. Paddle handles billing, receipts, VAT/sales tax compliance, and refunds.
Your First Payment: When you sign up, you'll be charged immediately. But here's the important part: you have 30 full days to try Hi5Travel with real clients. Not happy? Email us for a full refund—no questions asked.
After Your First Month: Your subscription automatically renews each month (or year if you chose annual). You can cancel anytime from your account settings—there's no commitment beyond that 30-day guarantee period.
Price Changes: We may change prices for new customers as we exit beta. Your founding member pricing is locked in as long as you maintain continuous service. If we ever need to change your price, you'll get 60 days notice.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we'll email you immediately. You'll have 7 days to update payment info. After 7 days, your account will be paused (you won't lose any data). After 30 days of non-payment, we may need to close your account.

Why 30 days instead of a traditional trial? Because we know it takes time to actually use software in your real business. We want you to feel confident trying Hi5Travel with real clients, real proposals, and real workflows before fully committing.
100% clear: You own all client contact information, all proposals and documents you create, all commission tracking data, all files you upload, and everything else you put into Hi5Travel.
We will never: Sell your data to anyone, share your client lists with competitors, use your data for our own marketing, or hold your data hostage if you leave.
To Provide the Service: Hi5Travel needs to use your clients' contact information to deliver the features you expect, such as sending booking confirmations, delivering proposal notifications, and processing payment receipts. We only send messages to your clients when you tell us to.
To Make Hi5Travel Better: We analyze usage patterns to improve the product (which features get used most, where people get stuck, etc.). We DO NOT use your clients' names, emails, financial data, or proposal content for analytics.
You can export your data anytime in standard CSV/Excel formats. If you cancel, you have 60 days to export everything before we delete your data permanently.
I'm building Hi5Travel for the long haul. But if circumstances change, I commit that your data stays yours, you'll get at least 60 days notice to export everything, and you'll receive refunds for any unused time.
As we build out Hi5Travel, you'll be able to connect GDS systems, booking platforms, email accounts, and more. We don't control these third-party services, and you're responsible for your accounts with them and compliance with their terms.
Uptime Target: 99.5% monthly uptime. We'll notify you 48 hours in advance for planned maintenance.
If we have significant downtime (>2 hours of unplanned outage), we'll credit your account 10% of the monthly fee per 2-hour increment, up to one free month.
You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. You can use Hi5Travel until your billing period ends, and you'll have 60 days to export your data.
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, or if the account has been inactive for 12+ months.
We're building Hi5Travel to be reliable software you can count on. We recommend double-checking important numbers, keeping backup copies of critical data, and having a backup plan for urgent client situations.
If something goes wrong on our end, we'll work with you to make it right through service credits or other fair resolutions.
We own the Hi5Travel platform, code, design, and branding. You own everything you create in Hi5Travel (proposals, client data, etc.). You grant us a license to host and display your content to you, which ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We may update these Terms as Hi5Travel evolves. We'll email you at least 30 days before major changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
If you have an issue, email us first. Most issues get resolved this way. These Terms are governed by Polish law, and any legal disputes will be handled in Polish courts.
